IN-WARRANTY PRODUCT ?

Immediately when you identify a potential technical problem, call the FAST Tech Support hotline at 1-800-243-9271 to troubleshoot the problem (hours 24/7), or Ask A FAST Tech (hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET).

If the FAST technician is not able to resolve the issue over the phone, the tech will arrange for the appropriate repair option. In most cases, a replacement unit will be shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air to your location at no charge. When the box arrives, you simply unpack the replacement unit, "swap out" the units, and pack and seal the defective unit in the same box. A prepaid UPS Return Tag with return directions will also be included in the box. All you will need to do is call UPS to arrange for pick up of the package. UPS will pick up the box with the defective unit and return it to FAST at no charge to you. Please do not discard the defective unit for any reason.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement unit, you may return the defective unit to FAST to be repaired and returned.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY PRODUCT ?

If for any reason a problem should arise with your FAST product after the factory warranty has expired, we offer cost effective options: a Service Replacement unit or factory Repair and Return. In each case, you are responsible for all repair costs. We recommend you discuss your service options with a FAST Technician at 1-800-243-9271 to ensure the most rapid, cost effective solution, or check the FAQ first.
